How do I connect my Gmail account?
Go to Settings → Integrations → Click "Connect" next to Gmail. You'll be redirected to Google to authorize access. We only request the permissions necessary to read and send emails on your behalf.
Is my data secure?
Yes! All data is encrypted in transit and at rest using AES-256 encryption. We use industry-standard security practices and never sell your data. Read our Privacy Policy for details.
What are the voice minute limits?
Founder plan includes 275 voice minutes per month (~4.5 hours). Executive plan includes 1,200 voice minutes per month (20 hours). Minutes reset at the start of each billing cycle.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel anytime from your account settings or by contacting us. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, and you'll keep access to all features until then.
How does the AI voice clone work?
During onboarding, you record a short voice sample (about 30 seconds). Our AI creates a voice clone using ElevenLabs technology that sounds like you for handling phone calls. The voice is only used for your account and is never shared.
What happens when I reach my voice limit?
When you reach your monthly voice limit, incoming calls will receive a message that your AI assistant is temporarily unavailable. You can upgrade to Executive for more minutes, or wait for your limits to reset at the start of your next billing cycle.
Can I have multiple phone numbers?
Founder plan includes 1 phone number. Executive plan allows up to 3 phone numbers, which you can add from the Calls section in your dashboard.
What happens to my data if I delete my account?
All your personal data, including voice recordings, emails, and memories, is permanently deleted within 30 days of account deletion. We retain no backups of your personal data after this period.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with Cortyx within the first 30 days, contact us for a full refund.
